Can I choose the colour?

On most pieces, yes. Because everything is made after you order it rather than pulled off a shelf, we can offer a wide range of colours and sizes without holding stock of every combination. The choices for each item are on its own product page.

What are they made from?

Most pieces use a rigid plant-based material made from corn starch rather than petroleum. Some use specialty materials — wood-fibre blends, silks and glow-in-the-dark. The exact material for each item is listed on its own product page.

How should I look after them?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Keep pieces out of a hot car, a dishwasher or direct all-day sun, since the material softens at high heat. Anything with a waterproof insert is designed to hold water in the insert only.

How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so allow a short make time before your parcel goes out. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

What if something is not right?

Get in touch and we will sort it out. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what the listing described, we will replace it or refund you. Custom colours and personalised pieces are made just for you, so those can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
